Shipping Method
PAMIZHU operates through a dropshipping model. This means that products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the manufacturer’s processing time. Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, delays from shipping providers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Time Calculation
- For prepayment (e.g., bank transfer), the delivery period begins on the next business day after the payment is received.
- For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the next business day after the order is placed.
- If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery location, the period will be extended to the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and order size. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before completing your order.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country of residence. PAMIZHU has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Restrictions
PAMIZHU ships only to individuals who are of legal age (18 years or older).
Shipping to certain countries may be restricted due to logistical or regulatory reasons. Any non-serviceable regions will be indicated during the checkout process.
