Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
To start a return, please contact us at info@pamizhu.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care products (such as beauty products)
- Sale items and gift cards
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This does not apply if the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
EU Right of Withdrawal:
For deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be in unworn, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
International Returns:
For international customers, return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred when returning items.
