How long does shipping take?
Your piece is made specifically for you once you order. Production takes 2-7 business days.
After that, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Check your order status anytime.
Will my order arrive in one package?
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately as they're produced at different facilities. Each item will have its own tracking number.
This ensures you get each piece as quickly as possible rather than waiting for everything to be ready at once.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are produced at specialized facilities in different locations to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery times.
Your order may ship from Europe, US, or other regions depending on the product and your location.
My tracking hasn't updated in days?
Don't panic. Sometimes tracking info updates slowly, especially during customs clearance for international shipments.
If it's been stuck for more than 10 days, hit us up and we'll check what's going on.
How are your products made?
Every piece is produced on-demand. That means we create it after you order - no overproduction, no waste sitting in warehouses.
We work with trusted production partners who specialize in premium streetwear. Each product is checked before it leaves.
What's the quality like?
Premium. We use high-grade cotton and cotton blends for our hoodies and tees. The prints are durable and made to last through countless wears and washes.
This isn't fast fashion that falls apart after three months. Check the product pages for specific material details.
How do sizes fit?
True to size. Each product page has a detailed size chart with exact measurements.

Are your products unisex?
Most of our pieces are designed to be worn by anyone. Check the size chart to find what works for you.
How should I care for my PAMIZHU piece?
Wash inside out in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Don't iron directly on the print.
Treat it right and it'll stay fresh for years.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each piece is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Choose your size carefully using our size charts.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
That's on us. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Simple as that.
Can I cancel my order?
Maybe. Contact us ASAP after ordering. If production hasn't started yet, we can cancel and refund you.
Once it's in production, there's no turning back.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT.
Is checkout secure?
100%. We use Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption. Your payment info is safe.
Do you charge customs fees?
For international orders, your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. That's between you and customs - we can't control or predict those charges.

Are your designs limited edition?
Most of our pieces are available for a limited time only. When they're gone, they're gone.
